I am founder and 100% owner of CMOUTS, LLC. I started the company in June of 2006 and I have been doing business with HCS since opening.
CMOUTS makes training facilities for all branches of the military including the USG special forces, Reserves, DHS, and NSA, as well as first responders like the fire department and police training organizations. Our products are considered essential to military preparedness and recruit training at every level.
HCS is our primary manufacturing facility and one of 4 facilities around the country where we manufacture custom training facilities out of cargo containers. HCS’s highly skilled workforce and professional management enables me, a WOSB, to supply much needed products to the Government. We often have large projects that may take up to a year to produce, and incorporate the need for up to 100 containers which must be purchased overseas in advance prior to landing them in the US and turning them into an American made product. It is imperative to have readily available containers for production in order to meet military deadlines. Having been in this business for over 35 years and having run container terminals myself, given the footprint of HCS’s new facility it is extremely important that HCS can stack ISO containers at least four (4) high to accommodate the work in progress and all future activity. Typical depots stack 6-8 high.

W&K Containers, Inc. (W&K) has been doing business with Hamilton for more than 15 years.
W&K serves the United States Government as a Military Defense Contractor and Hamilton is an
essential business vendor and fabricator for our Military work. In addition to this work, Hamilton
also serves other customers from which W&K utilizes resources, mainly shipping containers, which in turn serve the Unites States. W&K has also contracted with the City of Chicago Police
Department and Chicago O’Hare International Airport for modified shipping containers and
Hamilton has served as the fabricator for those modifications. Other W&K customers for which
Hamilton has contributed important work include The United States Department of Agriculture, The Department of Energy, The Department of Justice and The Department of Homeland Security.
